Missing NPC's - Edwin Bug - Content Additions

I and some other folks are trying our best to locate the NPC's once they leave the party - I spent a good many of hours in the game resources trying to figure out exactly where they all hide. After that failed, I started hunting on-line, (learning nothing), and then resorted to physically searching the entire game. Using the campaign editor, I crafted a head-to-toe neon-pink outfit for each NPC, played through the entire game, collected them all, and then, after completing their story-lines, dismissed each and every one of them.
I then set about searching for all of my companions. Here is what I have located so far:
1. Imoen - Floor 1, Friendly Arm Inn. (2300)
2. Jaheira - Floor 1, Friendly Arm Inn. (2300)
3. Khalid - Floor 1, Friendly Arm Inn. (2300)
4. Coran - Floor 1, Friendly Arm Inn. (2300)
5. Yeslick - Floor 1, Friendly Arm Inn. (2300)
6. Ajantis - Floor 1, Friendly Arm Inn. (2300)
7. Kagain - Main Room, Mercenary Business, Beregost. (3300)
8. Kivan - Floor 1, Jovial Juggler, Beregost. (3300)
9. Shar-Teel - Floor 1, Red Sheaf Inn, Beregost. (3300)
10. Safana - Floor 1, Feldepost's Inn, Beregost. (3300)
11. Branwen - Floor 1, Belching Dragon, Nashkel. (4800)
12. Edwin - Floor 1, Belching Dragon, Nashkel. (4800)
13. Xan - Floor 1, Belching Dragon, Nashkel. (4800)
14. Minsc - Outside the Barracks, Nashkel. (4800)
15. Dynaheir - Outside the Barracks, Nashkel. (4800)
16. Faldorn - Standing in Her Grove, Cloakwood. (1600)
17. Alora - 2nd Floor, Elfsong Tavern , Baldur's Gate. (0800)
18. Eldoth (Pre-Skie) - ?????
19. Skie - ????
20. Xzar - ????
21. Montaron - ????
22. Garrick - ????
23. Viconia - ????
24. Quayle - ????
25. Tiax - ????
Character was Lawful Neutral Fighter/Cleric, with average reputation - and each NPC left with the "positive departing message" indicating they would be available - somewhere. I am still in the process of manually searching every building in the game for the missing companions, but it's a daunting challenge.
In the initial Baldur's Gate it was possible to command an NPC to remain in a specific area, and this has been disabled for everyone except Edwin, and I now see why this was done. In conversation, he gave me the option of "having him wait HERE" which in that case was the Friendly Arm Inn. I did so, then traveled to the Belching Dragon in Nashkel to find him "cloned" there as well. At this point neither of the two Edwin(s) would speak when engauged, or join the party. I used rs ga_roster_party_add(EDWIN_Roster) to force him into the party, and he immediately declared that our contract was Null and void, acting as though we'd waited too long to head to the Gnoll Stronghold. Edwin then stamped off.
His clone in the friendly arm in behaved in the same manner - ignored me until I forced him into the party.
Seeing this in action, I can understand why NPC's can't be ordered to remain in a fixed location.
That said, perhaps the dialog could be adjusted so the NPC's give some information on where they will be hanging out.
In addition I've done a bit of work to help you along with this wonderful module:
1: Here I've created a custom outfit for each NPC in line with my view of how they look (based on portraits). It's balanced for the power scale of Baldur's Gate, but it's admittedly something you probably don't want to include in the game proper. If there is anything in there you can use, it's all yours to do what you want with it free and clear. It took about 20 hours to make, but I consider it payment for the wonderful game you've given us to enjoy. Or not, up to you.

2: I cropped the character icons so they fit the NWN2 character windows, below is the link. Again, use or don't use, I don't need credit or accolades. You've given me a great deal of enjoyment with your module, and I thank you for doing so.
