More Bugs in Durlag's Tower and Ulgoth's Beard

1. On the final level of Durlag's Tower, just before encountering the Demon Knight, the rune-warded room (i.e., the one requiring the bone wardstone to enter) has a bad walkmesh that prevents three containers from being accessed.
2. The Kneecapper, the warhammer given by Hurgan as a reward for retrieving the Soultaker dagger, has the effect "Damage Bonus: Bad Strref 2" assigned to it.
3. When returning to Ulgoth's Beard after Durlag's Tower, six copies of Baresh spawn even though I had already killed him and completed Werewolf Isle.
4. When returning to Ulgoth's Beard with the Soultaker, the party is accosted by a Cultiste [sic] Enforcer, which is apparently a French version of the Cultist Enforcer.
5. Baresh does not drop the chainmail +3 (or anything other than a few gold) when killed.
6. Baresh and Selaad/Mendas are supposed to turn into Loup Garou, but instead turn into regular werewolves.
