Info choices to be easy to configure by facilitator

Currently hard coded and need to edit the choosinfo.xul
Provide easy way - picture + URI and display name
Consistent with other ways

UI for config is the long term answer.

Peter suggested
Info folder containing folders WebsiteDescriptor1, WebsiteDescriptor2, etc. Then
each of WebsiteDescriptorX folders contain a .txt file containing the web
address (cf web address of photos) and an optional thumbnail file?
