Christoph and Chris/Guthrie/Asif

Sorry for the last minute message, but I'm trying out a last patch.
Christoph - I'm using the build file you generated for the electric guitar project. It builds fine but when I run the electric.jar file from the guitar/dist/guitar/ folder, it sends back an exception.
Any idea if I'm using an old version of something or something obvious? If it's a long fix that isn't easy to fix I'll just submit as is. Sorry again for the lateness.
Visualiser team - I'm using the generated build.xml file and the jar builds fine. However, when running the visualizer, i get an exception.

There seems to be a problem with test cases that belong to a different EFG/GUI file of the same application.
E.g.
You create test cases from one version of the EFG/GUI file and then you rip the application again to get
new EFG/GUI files. The old test cases won't load properly in the visualizer anymore.
