Hey everybody! I created a new Visualization class that I've dubbed PVisualization that does some way more better stuff. Check her out at your local SVN repository!

I think the constructor of the PVisualizationCanvas should really only create the window and all the drawing functionality should happen in separate methods (E.g. one that draws the android windows, one for the nodes and edges...). Please let me know if you have any questions, or if something was unclear.

Added files:
- PreliminaryGUI - a JFrame extension that displays the canvas and tree in separate panels
- CheckBoxTreeFrame - a JFrame extension that displays a checkbox tree
- QuestionCellEditor - a checkbox editor for the tree
- QuestionCellRenderer - a checkbox renderer for the tree
- TrueFalseTreeNodeData - an object with a boolean for the tree
Made changes:
- Driver
- editted to run the new classes
- PVisualizationClass
- added methods to populate the various layers
- added colors to the edges between nodes
- now the window selected comes to front of view
I think I did what you wanted me to Christoph, let me know about any other issues!
