Story: When I create a new project I typically create several actions, but later I want to insert another action in the middle... but I can't it appear at the end. What I would like to do is to be able to drag that new action into the correct sequential position in the list in particular in the project view. I noticed that Nozbe does this (they do it both in project and context view). I find that aspect really handy.

I see the value mainly in that when I scan the project I know I only need to look at the first 2 or three items. I can just pick of that task because I know its the first thing I need ot do instead of having to read the whole list and deciding which one of the actions is truly the first.
