Deleting projects deletes completed items for that project

This is a bug. I think we should keep around all completed items for reference.

This isn't fixed as such, but now that there's the ability to mark projects as done and have them listed separately, it isn't so much of a problem. So when you've finished a project, you should mark it completed rather than deleting it, and then you'll still have the projects and it's next actions to refer to.
