context and project specific feeds and more

I've prepared a patch that creates a new feeds page (linked from the main navigation) that lists all available feeds. The feeds available now include context- and project-specific feeds, as well as due-soon feeds. All feeds are available in RSS and plain text.

I had a bit of a problem with the patch (for some reason it wouldn't rename na_feed and na_text correctly, but I fixed in manually. Great patch! Very nice choices, and I like the feeds page. Thanks!
