MongoDB: mailbox shall not special-case default

There was a requirement to specify explicitly the mongoDB URI in the dispatcher section, which was checked in connect(). I removed that code while synchronizing durable mailbox settings scoping (i.e. per dispatcher with system defaults, not per system). If that requirement holds, remove akka.actor.mailbox.mongodb.uri from reference.conf.
