AMQP: Consider splitting out prebuilt serializers
Protobuf and string mode feel a little like they don't belong in the core AMQP support. Protobuf in particular adds an extra dependency that may frequently be irrelevant.
It isn't hard at all for someone to drop in a serializer of their choice (and in fact it could be even easier if serializers were done with implicits.)
