It would be great if stepping into the cases of a pattern matching expression would not step into the equals-method.

When there is a statement like `case C(x) => meth(x)`, stepping into should call `meth` and not the equals-method of `C`, i.e. the first statement of the corresponding right hand side of the case-statement should be called.
