Disallow selection of SBT build manager with unsupported Scala version
If the user selects the SBT build manager with a Scala 2.8 plugin, the build manager appears to be quietly reset from SBT to refined. It would be less confusing to disallow selecting the SBT build manager if the Scala version is incompatible.

The preferences are correctly saved, but not correctly displayed when the preference page is re-opened, they are shown at the default value.
The options are correctly saved when using 'apply' or 'OK', and are used by the compiler.
The 'workaround', is to reset those preferences to the expected values when re-opening the scala compiler preference page. The 'Apply' button should become disabled when all options are set back to the value of the previous save.
