Migrate to autoconf/automake

Hi All,
with FourDollars's first shot, MadButterfly start it's migration to GNU
autotools. Now, you can install MadButterfly with ./configure && make &&
make install commands. You can change where to install MadButterfly with
'--prefix xx parameter' for 'configure'. After some works, library,
header files, M4 macro files, and tools are installed to path specified
by prefix. ($(prefix)/lib, $(prefix)/include, ......)
Makefiles of examples are still wrote in pmake. Maybe someone can
migrate them to GNU Make. Makefiles of examples, now, accept a PREFIX
parameter. You can specify where to find library and other files of
MadButterfly. For example,
make PREFIX=../../dest
if MadButterfly was installed with a prefix that ../../dest points to.
If you don't specify PREFIX, /usr/local are used by default.
If you are in trouble when you are making MadButterfly, please give us a
