Add support for non root bromine project
Pretty simple, added an input in /config/server called subfolder and on the install folder.
Added a script that modifies the javascript to take account of the subfolder

Won't work.
The selenium server which we simulate (seleniumserver_controller.php) has to be placed on the webroot as selenium tests
always send to http://host:port/selenium-server/driver.
A better solution would be to add the root check to stateofthesystem so people would be alerted about it.
