Is there a way to import our own IRF in ascii format?
With a little fiddling, yes.
Download the "Single Transient Import" version of TRI2:
http://users.ox.ac.uk/~atdgroup/software/SingleTransImport%20Setup.exe
This has the ability to enter or copy in ascii data. But to save a prompt as ics for use in tri2 you must choose "Transfer Fit Data" NOT Prompt, and then use the menu option "Excitation->Use Current Data as Excitation Function" from the time resolved analysis panel. This should save the data as an ics file.
