Use of "package akka" incompatible with current path structure and sbt-idea plugin
When generating an IntelliJ IDEA project from Akka sources as of 42224fb, IDEA does not properly resolve dependencies in the build itself. This is because the package structure for files in akka/project do not match the package structure of the build sources (which specify "akka" as their package). I'm a relative novice in Scala, but this seems to be a legitimate problem.

Steps to reproduce:
- Add "addSbtPlugin("com.github.mpeltonen" % "sbt-idea" % "1.4.0")" to ~/.sbt/plugins/build.sbt
- In the Akka source tree, "sbt gen-idea"
- Open the resulting project in IntelliJ IDEA, note the failed highlighting
- Remove the "package akka" declarations from the head of all build files, notice the difference.
