Check out env.php in

(There's a readme.txt too)
It will create a bunch of WordPress instances, of different versions and persuasions. It will also help you configure your hosts and web server so that you can run them all locally. (It emits config files for Apache and nginx)
It creates symlinks for the WPMP plugin to the SVN working copy, so you can develop live against these. (It also creates a second instance of each WordPress version with the themes symlinked too, in case you're going to be doing theme development and you don't want to keep deactivating/deleting/reactivating to make your changes live)
It then completes the (usually manual) set up and changes the admin password to 'admin' for all the instances.
So... a few seconds and you've got 8 WordPress installs (and their 'fake' mobile domains!) ready to code against.
Have fun.
