Organising ourselves for August

Hi folks,
I've shuffled the dates, but I have decided we should aim for a v1.2 release at the end of August.
I know it's summer (at least in the northern hemisphere), so there might be vacation disruptions - but also maybe things are quieter at work, eh? ;-)
Can you each give me an idea of how much time you can spare between now and the end of August? Either in man-days or some unit of enthusiasm. Zero is a valid response, but I'm hoping each successive release does become more collaborative...
Alternatively, you can take a look at any of the 1.2 or backlog tickets and just claim responsibility for any you like. I'll pick up all the dregs, so please - go pick the good ones before they all go.
(But don't claim a feature that you can't be sure you can do in the next 4 weeks or do... I don't mind picking up the dregs, but not all on the last night!)
Is everyone set up with a development environment? There's a nifty script in the root of SVN that will bootstrap a load of WP installations for you to code against.
Our downloads are ticking along nicely, by the way. A month or so and we should hit 10,000... this is no mean feat. (Also, I should point out that new releases seem to work wonders for the download rates, thanks to WordPress' auto-upgrade feature - which is why I want to keep the cycle going at a reasonable metabolism)
Hope all well, wherever in the world you are.

I've picked up a couple of tickets and will pick up more as I get these done.
Should we have a quick release to add support for 2.8.3? I suppose it'll all just work, but a test would be good and might add some more downloads.
The one thing I really don't understand is how we can get higher relevance on searches. Not entirely convinced more features is the answer.
