Create "Recurring Action" not visible

According to multiple sources, Tracks should support recurring actions. However I am unable to find how to create such a recurring action. I am using version 2.2.1, which runs inside Apache 2 using the Passenger Module. The database is based on tracks-blank.sqlite3.db. If you need further information, please just ask!

The task properties and the field to create new action only show due date and "Show from".

Found it: Organize -> Repeating todos.

The name of that menu item and the way how to reach it might be reason for two more bug reports, though...

Yes, and todo vs. action. Furthermore, it is counter-intuitive to create recurring actions in that hidden submenu while the standard actions are created in a dedicated box which is all over the place. At least a hint in that box ("Want to create a recurring action? Go here!") would be needed, I think.
