Live-radio - Links timing out / not working
From the "com_simpleboardItemid42funh1. viewcatid11id=4565 forums":http://www.swisscenter.co.uk/index.php?optioh1.:
I updated my swisscenter and tried to use the new Live Radio feature and whatever I choose I get a reboot of the showcenter (it closes and shows me the 'Press A key' message. Is this option working for Showcenter 200?

Initial investigation looks like there's a few little tweaks that we need to make:
1. We need to restrict the stations that are found based on the format of the radio stream. This needs to be player specific (eg: the showcenter200 and linkplayer might be able to play different formats). The best place for this is in the base/capabilities.php file.
2. There's also the problem of the showcenter firmware. It doesn't like you sending it a URL that has the wrong extension! It uses the last part of the URL to determine the type of content that it will play - so, in the case of an MP3 stream, the URL must end with .pls. I suspect that WMP stations must end with .asx too, but haven't tried it.
For example, the 'Be One' radio station (under Pop > Pop) has a URL pointing to the live-radio site that looks like this:
http://www.live-radio.net/redirfeed.php3?Id=8995799
Whereas it needs to be as follows for the showcenter to play it:
http://www.live-radio.net/redirfeed.php3?Ih1. 8995799dummy.pls
Note: Shoutcast doesn't have this problem because they end all of their URLs with 'file=filename.pls'
