Add a config option to show/hide "browse by" options

Add an option on the config pages to show/hide the various 'Browse by' options for music/video. There is some work on this in the "forums":http://www.swisscenter.co.uk/component/option,com_simpleboard/Itemid,42/func,view/catid,20/id,4476

Note: Need to ensure that at least one option is always selected (ie: the user can't hide all of the options). If one and only one option is selected then the interface should go straight to the browse option from the 'categories' paage.

Functionality to display the status (viewed, unviewed or part-viewed) is now in place, but more work needs to be done to allow you to restrict/browse unseen media only.

The code to hide/show the various 'browse by' options is now in place and only required some language strings to be entered into the english language text file.
