Subtitle filenames with country codes
Currently movie subtitle are only recognised if they have the same filename as the actual movie file:
Movie title : title_name.mkv
Sub name : title_name.srt
Some other media servers allow multiple subtitle files that include the 2 or 3 character ISO country code in the filename:
Movie title : title_name.mkv
Sub name : title_name.nl.srt
Initially we'll try to support single subtitle files that include a country code, then enhance this to allow selection from multiple subtitle files.

Video/subtitle playback is not currently handled by SC in stream.php. It is passed directly to the server (Simese/Apache) to handle the streaming.
To implement this feature the streaming will have to use stream.php so that we can interecpt the subtitle request from the player and respond with whichever country subtitle file is available/selected.
