Artist fanart fails to download due to special characters

When playing music with artist names like AC/DC or Coverdale/Page and using the enhanced “Now Playing” screen SwissCenter is unable to store the downloaded images in the “/fanart/artists/" directory as the path contains an additional slash.

(In revision:1683) Downloading of artist fanart images from Google and Last.fm now ensures that artist names containing special characters are made filesystem safe, ie. characters such as /, ?, %, etc. are replaced with _ in the filename.
