Alternative Weather API

The calls to the Weather Channel API are now returning 'Invalid License Key'. Since we won't be paying the $20/month to subscribe to their service an alternative (free) weather feed must be found.

(In revision:1656) Re-added the Weather option. Instead of using the weather.com API we now use a RSS feed from Yahoo Weather. This actually returns almost the same data that we used previously and is still provided by weather.com.
