Add ability to order titles ignoring leading words

When searching artists, albums, movie titles there are usually many items grouped with common leading words such as 'The', 'A', etc. It would be useful to be able to specify leading words (articles) which will be ignored when ordering items, ie. 'The Bucket List' will be before 'Burn After Reading'.

The articles to be ignored will differ depending on langauge being used so should be configurable as a system setting.

(In revision:1318) Added a MySQL stored function trim_article which will remove any specified leading words from a given text.

Added a system setting IGNORE_ARTCLES which can be set to ignore leading words when browsing music, video, tv, photos ordered by title, artist, etc.
English users may want to set IGNORE_ARTICLES to 'the,a' (not case sensitive) so that 'A Fistful of Dollars' is ordered by F and 'The Dark Knight' is order by D.
German users would probably set this to 'der,die,das'.
