Shouldn't allow update to stable after update to development
It seems some users are updating to the latest stable release after updating to latest development. This is effectively a downgrade and is not supported since we do not rollback the database changes. If an update to latest development has been performed then it should not be possible to update to stable.

(In revision:1546) The option to 'Update SwissCenter' will now only offer either 'Update to the latest stable release' or 'Update to the latest development build', not both. This ensures that users are unable to try to revert to stable after updating to development.
