Songs get scrobbled multiple times

Songs are being scrobbled between 1 and 5 times on last.FM. We need to keep a record of the last song scrobbled (per user/machine) so that we don't duplicate them.

(In revision:1314) Re-implemented scrobbling of tracks played to Last.fm.
- Tracks to scrobble are now cached by user/player until finished playing or skipped. They are only scrobbled if played for 240s or more than half of length as required by Last.fm protocol.
- Tracks are no longer scrobbled multiple times.
- Failed scrobble submissions will remain in cache until successfully submitted.
- Failed sessions are now re-handshaked.
