Configuration of remote tvid codes

SwissCenter is currently configured to recognise only a few media players, and maps their remote control keys accordingly. Configuring other remote controls can be tedious since there is often no documentation on the tvid codes they use.

It should be possible to have a remote configuration page which has hidden links for all known common tvid codes such as red, green, next, etc., excluding numbers and other navigation codes. The page would ask a key to be pressed for each of MUSIC, PHOTO, VIDEO, KEY_A, KEY_B, and KEY_C which would then allow SwissCenter to automatically map these for use.

(In revision:902) Added remote control mapping of 'Home' to take you back to the Main Menu. Also assigned this by default to the 'Menu' button on the Netgear EVA700.
