About the FTP tool

This tool pushes code commits to an FTP or SFTP server.

You can add up to thirty-two different servers by clicking on the "New FTP server" button and filling the configuration form.

You can configure each server to deploy with different frequencies (Manually, OnCommit, Hourly, Daily, Weekly) or even deploy different folders of your repository (Repository Path field).

To deploy your code manually, you should use the "Deploy now" button. By default, you will deploy up to the last revision (HEAD). If you want, you can configure it to deploy up to a different revision number in the Deploy To box.

Important: The FTP tool transmits only the files that were changed since the last revision deployed to your server. If you accidentally removed a file of if you want to revert your code to a previous revision, you will have to delete your server and add it again to reset the last revision.
