Outside of Ticket Scope, other requests:
-Be able to Include images in reports somehow from these queries. Grid of photos after the table would be better than embedded photos in the table.
-export an image ID in the table so exported data can also include images and a way to find the images for a each row
Created ticket #2230 to track this request.

Rich likes the option to see the images in the waypoint info screen, but would like a way to do that without all the text coming up in the way.
I was thinking we could put the text and images into 2 separate sections that a minimizable and if that minimizing could be persisted while you click around on different rows then if you were mostly interested in pictures at some point, just minimize the text and click around and in the opposite situation were you were interested in the text fields, it would still work for that too. Would that work or do you have other ideas?

Would it work to have a separate tab instead? Since you will have the query table open, the waypoint info is somewhat duplicative. Plus, the more we can avoid small little buttons, the better I think. A tab called "Attachments" or "Images" or similar might be a bit more intuitive.
This particular view is only duplicating details for the Observation Queries. It can also be used with Waypoint queries which will not have all the observation details in the table, thus the Waypoint Info view is the easiest way to view observation details. I am reluctant to add another tab, but it could be done (I think it's outside the scope of this ticket and we should create a new ticket).
We could also use text instead of buttons, but I don't think this is any better.

I spoke with Jonathan about this. Our conclusion was that the simple hide/show icons (with text mouse overs to explain them) would be good for now. We can put more time into it in the future to separate the details into individual tabs if the general user-base doesn't like the way it works with the hide/show icons.
