(In revision:75) Modified logic to allow powering down of devices,
and powering them on when needed.
Currently there is an ugly hack to workaround the need to restart connman.
Profile selection menu got added another option, that will turn off devices not used in the profile you will select.
Wifi will be turned on as needed.

Done.
Now it powers on the device when it starts to apply its configuration if its not powered on already.
and has an option to power off devices not used by a profile...
