Timeout for failed connections...

Currently there is no timeout on the wifi connection, so if something goes wrong it just sits there....
Without any controls...

Done with the timeout for USB device and Wifi.
Timeout for usb is set to 30 seconds.
Timeout for Wifi connect is 1 minute.
