Organize imports doesn't always clean up the import list. If it is invoked on

package x
import scala.collection.mutable.Buffer
import scala.collection.mutable.ListBuffer
object X extends App {
  Buffer
  ListBuffer
}

it only adds an empty line after the package but not before the class. Also I saw cases where multiple new lines were added after each other whereas only a single one should be added.
