Traits are shown at the top of a file when selected in Outline View
When one selects a trait in the outline view, the selection in the editor is moved to the top of the editor area. For all other Outline selections, the editor selection is moved to the first third of the editor area. It would be nice if the behavior would be consistent here. Note, that the behavior can only be seen, when the trait is not already in the visible area of the editor.

I believe the logic how eclipse scrolls text is fussy. At least, there is no any special treatment to trait node. It represented by the same class as a class node, icon is the only difference. Depending on screen/file size I can see that inconsistence for all types of node. And JDT outline view does the same.
