Error markers are placed on non-source resources
Error markers are placed in different places in the Package explorer. This seems to be a regression, and most likely due to the way we translate error positions from filesystem filenames to Eclipse resource paths. Since a single file may be mapped to several Eclipse resources, we end up with more than one marker. See screenshot.
I believe what happens is that `src/main/scala` is a Source folder, but `src/main/resources` also appears as a folder.. .so Scala errors place a marker on all parents, including src/main outside of the source folder src/main.
