Quick outline does not show inherited members.

How to reproduce:

- start with any Scala project, press Ctrl+Shift+T and open the definition of the StringOps class in Scala's standard library,
- press Ctrl+O to open the quick outline and type "toL": the toList method isn't found because it's defined in a supertype,
- press Ctrl+O again to show the inherited members and nothing happens: the toList method still isn't listed.

I don't know if there's any relationship to #1000342, as in my case I do not see any exceptions in the Scala log (Scala > Open the Log).
