Package Explorer tree does match declared package
One picture serves 1000 words.. so just look at the screenshot:
A scala class has package "com.foo" but on the left the package explorer tree shows default package, just because the actual source file happens to sit in the main folder.

Hi Toni,
what you are suggesting might be a possible feature (but handling multiple package declaration in the same file might be challenging). To be honest, I really wonder if the feature is worth the necessary time needed to implement it. I personally feel there are so many other features that are missing right now that would bring a higher value to the plugin.
But I might be looking at this from the wrong perspective, so I'd be interested in knowing more about what you think.
Why would you consider this feature so important?
