First hyperlink very slow (building structure for all files in the project)
Ctrl-Clicking on a large project can take a long time in some cases (usually the first time the user ctrl-clicks on some identifier). It seems to be related to a global name search performed in ScalaSelectionEngine as a fallback when the tree is not handled.
