build manager needs profiling
It seems that build manager spends a large amount of the build time in the dependency analysis. That's the case even when we are working on a clean build, which is more worrying. This needs some profiling work.
I also need to search for memory leaks (if there are any of course) and improve the changes comparison (for example Names comparison instead of strict Strings one).
