Classes Show Up in Open Resource Dialog
This has been bothering me for a while, so I decided to give it a try: class files generated by the Scala compiler show up in the Open Resource (Ctrl+Shift+R) dialog, which is quite annoying. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exclude certain filename patterns in the UI, instead the corresponding resource needs to be marked derived. I've no idea where the best place to do this is, but I've attached a patch for the EclipseRefinedBuildManager that shows how it could be done.

Version changed from 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT to 3.0.1-210
Eclipse version changed from All to Indigo - Eclipse 3.7
Component set to Builder
This has regressed, and it is indeed very annoying.
In scala-ide:f97085fe328824504bc15fcd5f32b20f69d18082 Mark output folders as "Derived".
Derived folders won't appear in "Open Resource", polluting
names with classfiles.
Fixes #1000260 (which regressed at some point in time).
