add option to disable PresentationCompiler
Having an option (preferences) to fully disable PresentationCompiler will allow :
- end-user to have a more usable env if Presentationcompiler generate too many noise (errors, wrong info), in this case eclipse should work like (or better ?) a simple text editor (with colorization) and integrated builder to report compilation error on save.
- devteam to test the plugin usability when PresentationCompiler is broken
