“Jump to implicit definition” link
As a follow-up on the implicit markets found by the gsoc branch, here's
a feature that would be great: if you hover over such an implicit
conversion with the Command key down, I've love an option to jump to
the definition of the conversion (maybe with a small popup menu à la
Eclipse "Open Declaration" and "Open Implementation"). Right now I
have to expand the implicit conversion and then command-click on it,
and then remove it again.
