Refactorings don't go through standard Eclipse refactoring support
It would be nice if Mirko Stocker's refactorings used the standard keybindings and menu locations that Eclipse's Java refactorings use. Right now the refactorings live in a special menu, and have slightly different keybindings than the Java refactorings. Is there a reason for this? When I try to use the standard refactoring keystrokes, I get errors like the attached.
