current quick fixing does not support import-fixing on the fly
1. create and open a Hellworld like application, input:
val h: HashMap
2. ctrl+1 on "HashMap"
3. popup window shows nothing
4. if you save the source, then ctrl+1 on "HashMap", you get the right things
However, for java source(in JDT), you can get the correct import hint on the fly.(I heavily use this functionality)
The reason is, findBuildErrors(file: org.eclipse.core.resources.IResource) : Seq[org.eclipse.core.resources.IMarker] only return the persisted markers(hope no conceptual errors^_^).
I have fixed this bug in my local git repo
patch soon.

Thanks Jin,
I'm the man who introduce the bug, (to use markers instead of the list from ScalaPresentationCompiler).
I'll commit and push the fix for you.
