Some basic functionality already exists but there are still some unresolved design problem.
Should we really implement a complete new sbt project wizard or can we rely on the sbt plugin sbteclipse? The main problem is that sbteclipse already supports a lot of features inclusive modifications by users. Reimplementing this in Scala IDE takes time and modifications are difficult to support. Also if we going to reimplement the functionality maybe we can combine resources with the intelliJ IDEA or ensime.
