When opening the compile project properties page on a new project, some settings are not at the correct default. Notably 'stopBuildOnError' and 'withVersionClasspathValidator'.
There are 2 problems:
- everytime 'project specific compiler settings' is disabled (and when the properties is open with it disabled), the settings in the UI are set to the preferences default values.
- the default values are wrong for 'stopBuildOnError' and 'withVersionClasspathValidator'. The problem comes from the fact that
