I'm not sure if this is related to #1001924
I'm working in a workspace with 5 dependent projects. This isn't pleasant. Error indicators are very often incorrect - for instance I'll see many errors within the editor view, but in the Project Explorer the file appears fine. Sometimes, closing the tab and re-opening the files fixes it, sometimes not. Other times, the project explorer will appear to indicate that there is an error in one of the files, but if try running my program it works - there was no error!
The most consistant fix I've found is: close all tabs and then do a complete clean. The tabs must be closed for maximum effectiveness.
Believe it or not, sometimes that doesn't even work and I have to restart eclipse altogether.

Thanks for reporting these issues, but in its current form, this doesn't give us any information on how to attempt a fix.
First, check these two things:
- source files are placed in folders that match the package declaration (like in Java)
- dependent projects are successfully built (a project only looks at binaries for its dependencies, so if there are no classfiles, you will see errors)
Then, if these conditions are met, please add more info to the ticket: what kind of errors do you see. Ideally, a minimized test case, but if that proves impossible, even a full project (if open-source)
