This one it's hard to reproduce, but sometimes when creating a Scala project the Scala Library isn't added to the build path. This causes the "missing Scala Library" dialog to be prompted to the user as soon as he tries to create a Scala class (just an example). This is rather annoying, and I'm wondering why it happens, and if we can do anything to fix this (given this only happens from time to time, my guess is that it may be due to a race condition, but I haven't checked the code atm).
