MuNIP - Music Notation Information Processing
This is a project which implements an Optical Music Recognition(Music OCR) system based on custom algorithms and reference research papers available. The aim is to convert a music sheet in the western staff notation into a playable MusicXML file. The inplementation is on a toolkit called Qt which uses C++ at its core. A group of three namely Gopal, Karthik and Vignesh form PES Intitute of Technology - Bangalore are currently working on this project.
