This section outlines LiftRules and the various options in LiftRules

Documentation criteria:

• Overview of LiftRules in ScalaDocs as well as here
• Listing of commonly used LiftRules
• Tag each LiftRule with types
• Find where each LiftRule is used and update the ScalaDoc for that method to refer back to the LiftRule
• Document which methods on LiftRules should be moved to other XXXRules
• Document which methods on LiftRules need to be deprecated in favor of new Rules
